Who We Are
Tactical Response Security Services was founded by Michael Bradley to attend to the rapidly growing need for reliable security services. Michael spent 10 years in security operations management, contributing to the growth of other companies.
After a decade, Michael felt that the security industry was lacking something. Tactical Response was founded on three core principles which Michael felt were missing from the security industry.

Passion: We believe in loving what you do and doing what you love. We are passionate about security and customer service and let it shine through in our work. Our passion for security will be obvious from your first phone call with us and will continue throughout the project.
Professionalism: We understand that in most cases we will be the first point of contact for your clients; our actions will directly reflect upon you and your company. For this reason, we ensure all our guards are well-groomed and always professionally dressed. Our guards are prepared to handle any customer questions or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

Accountability: At Tactical Response, we believe that we should be accountable to our clients. We have implemented technology to ensure tracking of guard movement while on your site. We can implement guard patrol checkpoints which can be monitored live by our supervisors, and reports can be sent directly to our clients. We also offer digital report systems where our guard's shift reports will be automatically emailed to our client after the guard's shift. This technology allows clients to breathe a bit easier, knowing what transpires while they are away from the site.
